Improvements Abound!
The outdoor arena has been expanded, and is now 120' x 290', with all weather footing including crumbled rubber, and a new railing.
A second indoor arena, with adjacent stalls, crossties and tackrooms, is nearing completion.
A bathroom (with a flush toilet!!!) has been added in the main barn.
The previously unfinished clubroom/office is completed, and provides a comfortable (heated!) viewing space to the main indoor arena.
A spacious shoeing shed was added adjacent to the main barn.
Some land contouring has been going on, and the lower pond has come out of hiding from behind the blackberries, and is now a beautiful viewsite, rather than a swamp.
The round pen has been moved from behind the upper barn, to below the lower barn.
